What is the Difference Between NET and QNRT?

NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) vs. QNRT (Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy)

NET or Neuro Emotional Technique combines elements of applied kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, and physiology to restore balance to your emotional and physiological systems. This stress-reducing technique helps process unresolved emotion or trauma that is stored in the body from a prior stressful event or memory so you can feel lighter and less reactive so you are no longer held back by phobias, self-limiting beliefs, or anxiety.

QNRT or Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy combines the elements of quantum physics and neurology to identify and release emotional patterns that contribute to health issues. QNRT helps to reset the brain and nervous system so you can feel more balanced, calm, and have more energy, focus, and overall health.

Both techniques can help balance and decrease stress as they access subconscious blocks to healing, unlike talk therapy or journaling. Therapists themselves have said that each session can be equated to decades of talk therapy as these modalities access the subconscious mind which has been said to be responsible for 95% of our daily thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Either or both modalities can offer powerful, fast, and long-lasting changes for people struggling with:

  • Anxiety
  • Chronic pain
  • Depression
  • Digestive disturbances
  • Fatigue
  • Frequent illness
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Hot flashes
  • Insomnia
  • Low self-worth or confidence
  • Migraines
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • PTSD
  • Self-sabotaging behaviors
  • Trauma (physical, sexual, emotional, etc.)

NET may be a preferred modality for people with:

  • Hopelessness
  • Pet peeves or annoyances
  • Phobias and known fears
  • Self-limiting beliefs that they are aware of

QNRT may be a preferred modality for people with:

  • Addictions
  • ADHD
  • Allergies
  • Auto-immune conditions

Typically these treatments are done in person during a 30-45 minute appointment. These techniques can be done separately or at the same appointment as time allows. We can help you decide which treatment may be best for you, and how many sessions may be indicated. Most patients use the following words to describe how they feel after a QNRT or NET session – lighter, relaxed, better, calm, or hopeful.
